Organizational Capacity of SCAWO towards public, private, social, and electoral advocacy projects rely on our team’s three fundamental aptitudes about managing funds and human resources:

  • Leadership Capacity originates by board members of SCAWO who oversee and evaluate our decisions and show us the right path from their practical experiences, skills and high qualifications in Afghan Civil Society.
  • Management Capacity of SCAWO guarantees the efficiency and effectiveness of human and financial resources of its programs. SCAWO considers Management Capacity as a bridge between the Leadership and Operational Capacities.
  • Operational Capacity of SCAWO focuses on implementation and program functionality of the operations. Therefore, our achievements have been made possible because of the continuing efforts of our staff and volunteers by offering a full line of services to the people at all times.
